Jeffery A. Slemp, Jr
Pastor Jeff has faithfully served Grace Church since July 1, 2009. His passion is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost, broken, and dying world that they may know the blessed hope and abundant life that is found in Christ Jesus. Pastor Jeff grew up in Red Lion, PA and graduated from Red Lion Christian School in 2001. At the age of 19, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and began living a life for Christ. In 2003, Pastor Jeff earned his Bachelor's Degree in History from Mansfield University. During his final year at Mansfield, while presiding over the Campus Crusade for Christ ministry, Pastor Jeff surrendered to the Lord's calling on his life to be a Pastor, and immediately upon graduation enrolled at Evangelical Theological Seminary in Myerstown, PA, where in May of 2009 he earned his Masters of Divinity Degree in Congregational Ministry.
Worship & Discipleship Associate
Jeff started playing contemporary worship music 20 years ago, went on to become a worship leader for 17 years, an Associate Pastor for six years and a lead pastor for two years. Ginger has supported her husband’s ministry with gifts of administration and visual artistry. Her ability to “see the big picture” has encouraged Jeff to be the dreamer God has called him to be. Both are grateful for this opportunity and anxious to serve the Kingdom of God through this community of believers.
Peggy has been the Administrative Assistant at Grace Church since July, 2010. She has a lifetime background in clerical work, including 20 years at Southern Middle School in Glen Rock. Peggy graduated from Dulaney Senior High School in Timonium, Maryland. Peggy has a passion for prayer and hospitality. If you ever feel the need for prayer support, please call her! She is one of the co-leaders of the Women's Retreat and sings on the choir. She has been married for 42 years, has two children and two grandchildren. Her interests are knitting prayer shawls, reading, watching movies and camping.
Dawn is a member of Grace Church where she and her family have been attending for 15 years. Dawn lives with her husband Mike, two sons Michael and Andrew, and two dogs. She has a background in office work at the college level before becoming a stay-at-home mom, and has been on the substitute clerical staff in the Southern school district. Dawn has a degree in Imaging and Digital Arts from UMBC. She has volunteered throughout the community in places such as Grace Church youth groups and VBS, Women of Grace, Mason Dixon Soccer League, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Shrewsbury Elementary, Southern Middle and Susquehannock High schools. Dawn enjoys watching her boys play their sports, reading, computers, gardening and quilting.
Shawn is a member of Grace Church. He and his family have attended the church for 17 years. Shawn lives with his wife and two sons. He is a 3rd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. In his time at Grace, he has been involved with the tech team and trustees. In his spare time he likes to read books and practice martial arts.
Director of Children's Ministries
Atalie has been involved in children's ministries for 14 years, teaching Sunday school and volunteering with various family and youth programs. She has attended Grace since 2011 and has been involved with teaching Sunday school and volunteering with B.I.G. Atalie is a graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Her favorite part of working with children is watching the joy that comes to the child as they build their relationship with Christ.
Director of Faith & Fun Preschool
Liz joined the teaching staff at Faith & Fun in 2007. For the past two years, she served as the Assistant Director in addition to teaching. Currently, she teaches the Me & My Shadow class and oversees the preschool as Director. Liz graduated from Butler County Community College, as well as Nyack College, where she received her degree in elementary education. Before the birth of her son, she taught kindergarten for two years at Bel Forest Christian Academy in Maryland. As a member of Glenview Alliance Church, Liz teaches Sunday school and is a leader in the Awana program. She desires to keep growing as a follower of Jesus and help others on their journey with Him.
Director of BIG/Tech
Jt Thomas has attended Grace Church since 2014, he is a graduate of Susquehanna University where in 2009 he received a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre Production/Design and Religion. After a mission trip in 2009, he felt called to continue his education through Liberty University where in December 2016 he received a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Theology. Jt has worked in various capacities in the live entertainment industry for twelve years and full-time up until September 2016 when he faithfully surrender from his own plans to continue to travel all over North America touring and instead follow his calling to serve in a ministry role working with students and the Grace Church community. Jt is also a Chaplain in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard currently assigned to the 28th Aviation Combat Brigade out of Fort Indiantown Gap. He looks forward to bringing vision and action to the ministries at Grace Church through his leadership and technical theatre background.

Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC)
Oversee the Paid and Servant Staff of the Church and serves as the liaison between the Church Leaders and Congregation.
