What is the Helping Hand Ministry? Helping Hand is a ministry dedicated to serving the needs of the poor, homeless, and needy in the York, PA area. On the 3rd Sunday of every month we assemble a team of people to prepare, deliver, and serve delicious food to a large group of hungry and sometimes homeless people at 2 different locations in the city of York.
